Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging the educational consultancy services of Excellent Edu. Consult, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Excellent Edu. Consult provides advisory and administrative support for international study programs, including:

Academic profile evaluation and course/university selection guidance.
Assistance with application document preparation (SOP review, transcript verification guidance).
Student visa application advisory, form completion, and embassy interview coaching.
General travel consultation and flight booking support.

3. Visa & Admission Approval Disclaimer (Important)

Please Note: Excellent Edu. Consult provides expert guidance to maximize your application success. However, final admission decisions rest solely with individual universities/colleges, and visa approval decisions rest exclusively with foreign embassies, high commissions, or consulates. Excellent Edu. Consult does not guarantee admission placements or visa approvals, as these decisions are made independently by third-party authorities.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide 100% authentic, accurate, and unaltered academic certificates, financial statements, and personal identity documents.
Meet all agreed application and document submission deadlines.
Pay applicable university application fees, embassy visa fees, and consultancy service charges promptly.

Note: Submitting fraudulent or forged documents will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Fees & Payments

Service fees for consultancy and administrative processing will be communicated prior to commencing work. University application fees and official government visa fees are non-refundable and set directly by the respective institutions and embassies.
